Help small businesses beat bad debt.
Delancey is 47 people in NY plus a remote engineering team. We hire operators, lawyers, engineers, and writers who care about doing this work the right way.
Four principles. We hire for them. We fire for them.
Tell the truth, even when it costs us a deal
We don't take cases we can't win. We don't promise outcomes we can't deliver. The shortest path to a 20-year client is honesty on day one.
The first call should solve something
Every consultation should leave the client more informed than they came in — even if they never become a client. That's how trust compounds.
Receipts over rhetoric
We publish dollar amounts, timelines, and percentages on every case. If you can't show it, don't claim it.
Build the playbook in writing
Every settlement teaches us something. We document every move so the next case manager doesn't start from scratch.
